A Patriotic Song
This land in India, this land is our land
This land gives freedom, O I'm so thankful
Some gave their lives for it, some gave their blood
Some just didn't eat their food, while some just fought for it
Some lost their families and went to gull
Their only wish was free-ee-eedom
This is our wish now, this our dream
Thanks to our leaders both great and small
We'll take our nation to a higher realm
In science and technology, in arts and crafts
We'll keep our culture and patri-ot-ism
This is our pledge now, to INDIA
